Warranty Coverage
Our furniture items come with a warranty of up to 7 years from the date of purchase. (Structure: Seven Years, Fabric and Cushion: One Year). This warranty covers any defects or damages that may arise due to faulty workmanship or materials. However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or any other external factors.
Flooring Products have different warranty terms and may depend on the product. 
Exclusions from Warranty Claims
Please note that we do not accept warranty claims arising from misuse, mishandling, or any other external factors. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or negligence.
